The ladies were very friendly and kind to my cat. The vet answered my questions and called with the results. I was very pleased with this clinic.

Was wonderful to have lab results come straight to my computer and then to have Dr Paquin call instead of ancillary staff to discuss results. Thanks to the office manager for coming in and answering questions regarding how the office and urgent concerns are handled. The front desk was very busy but they all seemed to be handling the work load with efficiency and professionalism. Parking was convenient and well labeled.

You can feel good about taking your pets here! Everyone is kind and friendly and eager to see tails wagging and happy faces.

I think I was way over charged. Checking with other dog owners with the same symptoms, there were no X-rays or blood draws. Doctor s visit was $50.00, not $100.00 and with the antibiotic, total was $130.00 instead of $758.00. As a widowed 75yr old woman I feel that my fear for my dog played into your hands for lots of profit at my expense for unnecessary tests.

This is probably one of the best animal clinics I’ve ever been to.

All 6 questions receive a excellent rating. Dr. Paquin and his staff from the front office to the back are very professional, loving, and caring of all animals. They work long hours 7 days a week 7am to 7pm to make sure everyone can get there pets in. We have been going there now for 2 years or more and Maya my cat gets excellent care and love from the staff. We highly recommend Dr. Paquin he is the best Dr. in Surprise and we have had Maya to many other clinics and no one has cared for her like Dr. Paquin what we like about the clinic it is very clean and it does not smell also if you are upset or worried the staff are ready to reassure you that all is going to be fine and they keep you updated on what is happening to your fur baby. At this time my husband and i want to thank everyone for there kindness and love for Maya.......Dr. Paquin you are the best!!
