So pleased to have this Animal Medical Center nearby that always seems to have room to fit you in when your pet is having a concerning issue! My dog was having a rather sudden onset of nasal congestion , reverse sneeze that started Friday evening & was worse by Saturday morning. Was relieved to get her seen so promptly , tests done and meds started. Saturday night the congestion kept both of us awake part of the night, but having given her the first dose of steroid medicine at bedtime by morning she was so much improved. She is doing well with no more congestion & continues on the meds. Thank you for being there.

Offer puppy ice cream for purchase after they do so good at their appointment :)!

The only thing I did not like was the chairs in the waiting room. I am a big person and the chairs made me feel like I would brake them.

The staff in the veterinarian was fantastic it was an emergency appointment they got me in right away and to my satisfaction of my dog is doing pretty good

Recently moved to Sun City and needed new vet for our dog. Was able to schedule appointment with Animal Medical Center of Surprise and took our dog in for a general physical, updated shots and toenail clipping. Our dog HATES having her feet touched so thought vet might need to muzzle and sedate her. Was very surprised neither was necessary! They did a great job and cost was reasonable.

The first vet tech that came in saw that I had a puppy and told us that he couldn’t work with puppies because of an earlier patient. I was so grateful that he followed procedure, gave us an explanation, and did what he could to keep my puppy safe. That action sold me, and I knew that Luna would be a lifelong patient at AMC. The appointment was not started. I feel off the curb at the front of the office. Your staff was very concerned about any potential injuries. They were very quick in calling the EMS and keeping me comfortable until they arrived. My dog has seemed to recover from what the ailment was. Without a doubt I will use you for any future Veterinary work in the future.
