Dr.Shcirmer is wonderful with Victor. It s so obvious she cares about my Victor. She has been nothing less than wonderful. I feel lucky I happen to find Dr. Schirmer. The rest of the staff are very kind and efficient. Such a busy practice but the staff makes sure to show compassion. The nurse was so kind with my Victor too. Than you for taking care of my fur baby

I really appreciated being able to get an appointment the day of, after my dog was attacked by another dog at the park. I know there is an industry wide shortage right now of vets and technicians which makes getting same day appointments so hard. I was so grateful that I didn t have to take her to an emergency clinic, since her injury was minor. Everyone was so friendly and helpful as well and I m happy to say my dog is doing great!

Everyone n everything was great, my only problem was I wear hearing aids n the lobby was quite noisy n I couldn’t hear the dr with his mask on but I get that most places so it’s not just your office but I think it was great that I wasn’t pushed into anything I didn’t want done just like my other vet because I did have one that did push things to do n that’s why I left their practice.

Best experience with a vet since moving to Arizona in 2018! Able to schedule me same day, staff is very nice. Cost was reasonable, cheaper than animal hospital or pet urgent care visit. Finally we have found a family vet for all our fur babies!

I love that the Vet is open from 7 to 7,7 days a week. I love that I can rely on you guys being available especially because our animals are like our babies. Riot had a severe allergic reaction and we were afraid it was going to impact his breathing. Although the office said the Vets were double booked we were still able to be seen. We had to pay the emergency fee to be seen and that stunk a bit but still worth it to make sure our Riot was taken care of. The vets take their time, are compassionate, and really know their stuff. This is so refreshing especially knowing that other offices (Blue Pearl) are doing the complete opposite. Thanks for always taking care of our pups whether check ups, puppy count xrays, emergency c section, puppy check ups, or emergency visits. We recommend you to all of our litter forever homes! <3

My fur baby was in pain , last minute sunday and they seen him , when we left my pup was walking , and played when he got home , I thank you for fixing him .
