We were unable to get right in. We went to an Emergency vet 1st vet in the valley. I just could not feel comfortable with them. $900 dollars later it was a endless, we could do this or that. The whole time I just felt not seeing someone who knew what they were talking about, but delt more with raising the costs. We are old, our dog is old, we are on SS and every $ is tight. Did not register, just stick with it. It will be a cold day in Hell before we return to them. Might just be me, did not get that feeling here.

Dr Kasper and her staff are always kind and so good with our pets. Even the pets with veterinarian anxiety do well in their office.

I had a small emergency with my 14 yr old dog and they got me in right away and didn’t charge me an emergency fee. I was a new patient and didnt even have to wait at all was seen right away. Also the price was very reasonable and not crazy expensive. I had called my vet and they told me I would be charged more because it was an emergency and I would have to leave my stressed dog all day. That is what I consider a bad place.

As usual the Dr and support staff were very kind and helpful in what is a trying time for Layla and I. High praise for all. thank you again. John $ Layla

Excellent caring staff from first phone call to appointment. This Doctor took a chance on seeing our Sharpei and we couldn t be happier she did. Any further questions on our part have been answered same day. Highly recommend this office.
