As someone in the animal field for many years , I totally appreciated the cleanliness of the office and patient rooms. Also, the staff was very friendly and informative.

I forgot to ask about this, but I had written in my email that so far, all of the vets I have taken Yankee to have provided me a discount on services for him, due to the fact that he is a service dog. I had asked in my email if you would consider providing us this same courtesy. As I mentioned, I forgot to ask about this at the time we were there. I will try to remember to ask when we return. Other than my neglecting to get that one question answered, I found all staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean and welcoming, and I felt that everyone treated Yankee wonderfully.

We were very happy that you could see Dakota so quickly. We were very pleased with our experience.
