We are visiting from Canada when our dog experienced a lame leg. We picked this vet because of their advertisement in the park paper. We were welcomed when we walked in, assured they could help Boomer and given an appointment when the Dr was free ( in 1 1/2hours ) When we saw the tech she was wonderful and explained everything. The Dr was great too.Poor Boomer needed X-rays. All reports were being sent to our Vet in Canada after the Vet called the next day to answer any questions and to check up on Boomer. Thank you to all the staff ! I would highly recommend this vet clinic

I can’t fill out the survey on my iPad. Sunny’s appointment was great. The Vet Tech ( I have forgotten her name) calmed Sunny right down. Dr. Carlson was just as calming for her. I also noticed the candle on the counter, and it’s purpose. I thought that was a great way to communicate that someone was losing their family member.

Staff was very helpful getting our dog in and out of the waiting area quickly so as to minimize his reactivity to other dogs. Staff answered all of our questions, and took time to give us helpful suggestions. We felt satisfied and not rushed.
