Staff and doctor are extremely friendly and answer all questions with complete explanations. Our dog isn t afraid to enter the facility which is something we had trouble with at previous vet.

I can’t fill out the survey on my iPad. Sunny’s appointment was great. The Vet Tech ( I have forgotten her name) calmed Sunny right down. Dr. Carlson was just as calming for her. I also noticed the candle on the counter, and it’s purpose. I thought that was a great way to communicate that someone was losing their family member.

Staff was very helpful getting our dog in and out of the waiting area quickly so as to minimize his reactivity to other dogs. Staff answered all of our questions, and took time to give us helpful suggestions. We felt satisfied and not rushed.
