I appreciate the kindness they show my rescue dog. He has trust issues and doesn t warm up to strangers readily, but the staff is patient and understanding with him. And he is thriving under their care.

I didn t leave yesterday with Addie s certificate of Rabies due to an error with your front desk. I called the Pinal County Animal control and asked them about how I go about mailing the info since I didn t get the certificate. So I call the Vets office to hear that I can PICK up the certificate on Wednesday, NO mailing it to me, but obviously I have a lot of time on my hands so the front office thinks! Oh, and another thing I could nt get a copy of the certificate once I was there on Wed. to pick it up ... it was suggested that I go to Office Max to get a copy. With the money I have spent you couldn t afford to make a copy! YES I would like to hear back from you... Kathy Kasper

I believe that you need more staff. The front desk is extremely busy, although your staff is very friendly, efficient, respectful, and very courteous. It takes quite awhile to book an appointment as you don t have very many openings. Thank you.

I wish Dr. Kasper had brought up heart meds for my dog during the visit. I didn t realize until I got home and did an Internet search that they could be used prophylactically or during the early stages of heart disease to delay symptoms and possibly lengthen my pet s life. Consequently, I called to ask if she was planning to prescribe them for my beloved furbaby. I also wish she had given me a better picture of the course and progression of the disease and explained what kind of heart disease he has. Based on the medication she did prescribe for my dog, I ve gleaned that he has dilated cardiomyopathy and has 6-24 months to live from the time he was diagnosed 6+ months ago. Telling someone that their dog has an enlarged heart, but that his heart and lungs sound good gives the impression that your dog is doing fine when in fact, he really isn t. And not explaining the condition and all of the available treatment options means that the pet parent doesn t have the ability to make well informed choices about their pet s care.

This was the nicest Vet we have been to in over a year, since we moved here it was a nightmare with trying to get an appointment and we had an Emergency and you all helped with making our Orangey feel so much better, thank you so much.

I was very grateful to have staff call me when they had a cancellation so I could get my cat in that same day
