I am disappointed in some of the charges, a 45 dollar fee for clean up? 165 to see the vet because the squeezed me in? I feel this takes advantage of pet parents. The quality of care from this clinic has diminished since covid. Times were tough for us all especially our pets when they need care. I am also disappointed in the fact that no covid procedures were explained to me prior to my appointment. I brought my young son and was denied face to face with the vet. I feel this was unfair and could not have all my questions answered comfortably. I will not be returning to this vet clinic.

When I spend $700 for my dog to have dental surgery, I would appreciate at least a technician to talk to me about after care. Not a receptionist reading to me from a piece of paper. This is my baby,, not some object. I was very disappointed in this whole experience.

Worst Vet clinic I have ever been to in 50 plus years of having dogs. I may as well have taken my pups to McDonalds. I would have gotten the same treatment and spent far less.. I will never give this horrible place a recommendation

I was new to Arizona and my neighbor recommended this vet for my animals. From the moment I walked in the door with my three dogs, the girls at the front desk were doting on them. They were also helpful in getting me into a room quickly. The tech was gentle with them when she took them to another room to perform their heartworm tests and when the vet came in she was equally kind. My dogs are normally very nervous to go to the vet, but with this good experience, they all calmed down quickly. I recommend this vet highly!
