I really appreciated the transparent invoicing practices. This allowed me to gauge what I was able to afford and gave me a better idea of what my cat needed in order to feel better. I felt like I was part of the decisions being made, and the staff acknowledged the cost of care in the decision making process and didn t make me feel bad for having a maximum budget. Everyone was super sweet, and both Houdini and I are feeling much better since visiting. Thanks for taking care of my sweet boy :)

Everyone from start to finish was very helpful patient and took the time to explain step by step on what was going on and what was needed and why. Doc was beyond patient and took extra time to make sure I understand everything and that my baby was fully cared for and comfortable. Staff also took the time to make sure my baby was comfortable and not stressed!

I cannot believe that I was charged $23.50 to take a few hairs out of my dog s ears and $27.00 to cut a few hairs around her eyes. Had I known ahead of tiime I would never have authorized those two. I could have done that myself. Not right.

Very kind to myself and my dog. Explained all procedures and called for follow up with test results. As busy as they are took as much time and answered all my questions. Awesome place for my fur baby and myself to go
