I greatly appreciate the whole staff...from the friendly receptionist on the phone to make an appt, to the technician who came to my car, to the very kind vet herself. Being new to the area, this staff cared for our Darby perfectly...and for us! Thanks!

Dr.Bozeman and Dr, Sookra are the most caring vets i ve ever used. They take wonderful care of my dog Lulu.

Worked us in right away and even though our cat freaks out going to the vet, they were great with her.

The appointment was on time, the staff came to us and knew what was needed for our dog, and the wait was less than 15 minutes. After the work was completed, the vet met me at the car with our dog, explained what was done and pointed out a small ear problem and what I needed to do to correct it. The cost was reasonable.

5 stars on all the above - the only comment I have is that I took the time to type out what our concerns were with our puppy since I was unable to see the physician face to face. When the tech came to get Zoe, I gave him the folder with her records from Honor since this was her first time to your office and I wanted you to have her immunization dates. I also showed him on the left side of the folder my note stating our concerns. He assured me the doctor would see this. A few minutes later, another tech came out to get the clipboard from me and handed me back my folder - I specifically asked her if the doctor saw my note with our concerns and was told yes. While I was in the car waiting for a phone call, my husband called me saying the doctor called him at home asking so what is going on with Zoe? - so my husband had to explain everything again - leaving out some of the details that I believe are better communicated in writing, which I had provided. Since Zoe can t talk, it is totally up to her human parents to share concerns - communication is key. We have always appreciated the kindness shown to us and our family members from your staff, but was a bit disappointed that the ball was dropped this time with key communication. Not unhappy - just letting you know so it can be addressed with your techs. Thank you again for your care to Zoe.

Dr, Bozeman and all the staff were wonderful. They squeezed Winston in on an emergency basis, treated the ulcerated cut near his mouth quickly and effectively, and then Dr. Bozeman actually came out to the car to speak to John and me as well as meet Winston s brother, Merlin, who she will also be taking on as a patient. I loved how the staff was so friendly and supportive and showed compassion towards my dog. I have a pit bull and they welcomed her with open arms. They told me how sweet she was and loving. It made me feel so good. This was my first time at this vets office and I am going to make this my dogs forever vet office! I felt so comfortable and I trusted how they were with my dog.

This was our first time using the services of Animal Health Clinic. We were very pleased with the care provided by Dr. Thalia Bozeman and her support staff. The meds prescribed for our pet produced noticeable results within 24 hours.
