The vet took time and explained everything and everyone was very friendly

My only suggestion would be that Dr. Fields review/refer to the chart that is entered by the Vet tech. She was very thorough and made notes of what I wanted the doctor to cover with me during Cissy s exam and after I left, I realized that he never addressed any of Cissy s dental needs even though that was one of the things I wanted to go over with him. There was also a prescription that needed called in to Walmart, and we specifically spoke about it at length and how there is always a disconnect between the clinic and pharmacy and yet when I called Walmart to see if it had been called in, it had not. Our exam was on Tuesday and I called the pharmacy on Thursday- 2 days and it still wasn t called in. In general, just more thoroughness and attention to detail for the exam so we don t have to make two trips and/or additional phone calls for follow ups for things that are supposed to be done like the prescription being called in. Overall very pleased as always. Everyone does a great job and we feel very well cared for.

I can t thank the staff enough for how professional and how caring everyone was to my wife, myself, and our doggo. I was very pleased with our experience.

The doc who did my cat surgery did a great job...u cnt even really look like she had surgery....and the pain pills was so easy to give her like candy for a kid...it was weird...thank you

How much longer will waiting in my car continue ? I have been to several medical offices recently which are completely open. I am unhappy that you no longer offer emergency care after office hours. I have been bringing Gunther for care for 10 plus years. Prices have increased dramatically. I realize that your expenses to do business have increased, plus time and educational costs for your position. However I believe your prices have increased more than other practices. (according to friends who have switched from your practice to others) I continue to bring Gunther to Blanchard Valley because I believe you deliver excellent care.

I love this office. I really appreciate all Dr Fuller has done for my pets. He has saved our dogs life on an emergency call and surgery immediately following. I really don t want to complain because I just love the staff and the caring, informing and love they have for my pets...something is off. I haven t even gotten fee estimates for my dog being neutered yet. I get being behind on schedules but allowing ppl one at a time in office is crazy. People are all getting back to normal, you should as well. Your services have been much better in the past and it s time to get back to it!! This is all out of respect and I don t want your biz to go downhill. Please send me my quotes so I can get my dog neutered and boosters administrated on time!!

Please let people come in to the facility with their pets, there s no point in making people stay in their car while you take their loved one in by themselves, it s very stressful.

It won’t let me click on any stars in the above questions. This was the first time I had Dr. Fuller. He handled telling me of my Abbey’s cancer in a very caring and an informative matter. Even standing in the cold next to my car, he didn’t rush and took all the time I needed with questions. His matter was very comforting in a difficult situation. I was very grateful for his knowledge and compassion.
