I gave number 1 5 stars although with the covid-19 had to wait, but not the fault of the office.

I would highly recommend Blanchard Valley Veterinarian Clinic for your pet needs. They treat your pet like family and share care tips to better your pet care and needs.

Your ability to adapt in this crisis has been wonderful. Thank you for being able to see my fur baby and still keep everyone as safe as possible.

Waited outside on muggy day with animals in vehicle, not thinking of pets or humans welfare. Not able to be with animals during exam. No proof of treatment but received outrageous bill for services already rendered. My mistake for not checking to see how much the charges would be, never expected the price increases! Lost trust and doubt if all vaccines were really needed or if getting $ was their main goal.

Somehow, my 16 y.o. s cat s swollen anal glands were not noticed during an exam that included a rectal temp,(I assume), and an attempt to collect a fecal sample. I did speak w the vet on the phone about his overall impression of my cat and no mention was made of at least one gland needing expressed. If it had been mentioned, I would have asked that it be done safely in the office, even if it meant a higher fee. Nearly $200 dollars later, you can call me unimpressed. ( I have 1star to the question regarding the facilities bc I do not know and there s no N/A.

Blackie the Cat is doing much better. I would recommend the use of Greenie pill pockets for cats. Things were a little rough trying to get them down at first. Now much easier.

I have a fearful German Shephard and was impressed with their willingness to see her and work with her versus just turning her away.

Amazing staff. I am so thankful for the entire team at Blanchard Valley Vet. I drive two hours to see them, which may sound crazy. I always know my animals are in the best care. Thank you so much!

Your method of having people wait in parking lot due to the virus was very good. Very satisfied with the care Ralph received as well as the process.

I am very happy with the clinic, just as for pricing; I’ve seen equally exceptional vets for a fraction of the cost. To get the same stuff done at the vet I originally needed her to go to, it would have been half the price, PLUS I asked you to take off a $40 flea powder because I can’t afford it. Great vet, just wish prices were down.

I didn t ask, but it would be nice to have a payment plan offered because of the high cost. Just a suggestion.

Dr. Fuller is wonderful about answering all of my questions.

When I first called with a very sick cat, I was told there was only one appointment time available, which I could not make. I ask if there was a way she could be worked in and was told abruptly No . I angrily called back in a few minutes to question how you handle emergency s and another person answered and managed to find a time that was convenient to me to get her in. The first lady was NOT sympathetic at all! Thanks goodness for the second person who took my call. She was very helpful and understanding and got the job done. Otherwise all was very good.
