We were traveling with our Dog and she was having some issues. The staff at Kindness were able to get us in at one of their locations and took care of her right away. Great service and their diagnosis was right on and with their help and medication she recovered and we were able to continue on our vacation. We were very happy and pleased.

I was visiting the community for Thanksgiving and my chihuahua had a sudden incident where she was unable to walk. Although the Kindness Hospital was completely booked that day, they managed to fit us in. The staff was so kind and empathetic to my concern and urgency. Dr Connor was amazing. She listened well, did not rush our time even though they were extremely busy, and was very thorough. I can honestly say I have not had a more positive veterinary experience in my many years of pet ownership. Thank you Dr. Connor and staff. Your kindness was appreciated greatly.

Although it was the day before Thanksgiving, Dr. Carr didn t hesitate to see Chibs at the last minute. Danielle was excellent on the phone when I called in, doing all she could to speak with Dr. Carr and get us scheduled. Alexa, as always, is phenomenal; thorough intake, attention to detail (being sure to remind me you ll be closed over the long weekend, Dr. Conner will monitor email so reach out to her if you have questions, problems), and always compassionate. Dr. Carr never fails to listen, address concerns, and arrive at a treatment plan which she thoroughly explains. An amazing team of professionals. We re incredibly grateful.

I can’t thank the staff and doctors at Kindness Pet Hospital enough. I was in a bind as I was getting ready to travel home to Atlanta for a 6 hour drive with my 155 pound sick mastiff! They agreed to see us immediately unlike the previous vet I had called. Because of the treatment they provided I was able to make the drive home with no problems. This is an excellent facility with a kind, caring, and extremely competent staff. So happy I found them!

Everyone was awesome with my Phantom. Phantom was comfortable with the surroundings and people. Very clean, friendly and professional. Always used when in FL on vacation and now that I m permanently here will use regularly.

I have been so thrilled with how at ease my boys are there. One has had trouble in the past being a grumpy patient, but he did very well with the way he was handled and was definitely more calm than at different clinics in the past. Thank you!
