Sometimes it takes a little long to be able to get an apt but I understand they are very busy. I love the staff and doctors. They are so very patient and kind to us and our dog children. They listen to our concerns and treat them like their own. Very grateful for this office and staff. Cannot say enough nice things about them!

The first question was rated a 4 only because of scheduling due to Dr. Steve s recent surgery. Upon our visit, it was clear that Dr. Steve was ill, yet he powered through the exam with both of my pups, and managed to still answer all my questions. My heart went out to him, as he was a real trooper despite his feeling so poorly.

Always a great experience with my pups at Brandt Veterinary Services. In this case, it was for Gus’ annual checkup / vaccinations and Dr. Steve and his staff were amazing (as always). I think Gus always thinks he’s a celebrity when he comes in, as everyone is so overwhelmingly happy to see him and gives him boatloads of love. He actually cries in the SUV when we drive into the parking lot because he can’t wait to come in and see his friends. Many thanks to the all of the staff at BVS for always welcoming my pups as if they were their own.
