As usual, Dr. Tapia gave my boy the gold-star treatment by taking her time and being patient yet thorough with him and so very kind. Each and every person we encountered before and during the visit was incredibly friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Elizabeth, Melina, Suzie, and Diane for their support before the visit. I’d like to thank Vanessa for helping at the start of the visit and our tech Taylor for all her hard work during the visit. Each of you contributed to making this an awesome experience for a very anxious pup and his worried Momma. We love you guys!

Can’t remember the name of the lady that came to my truck to get my cats but she was so nice and informative. The whole visit went smoothly and the vet that called me for a one on one talk over the phone was very reassuring and made it very comfortable. Would recommend this place to so many people.

The staff is very friendly and takes good care of my babyand he enjoys going to visit. Overall always good experience. Only problem is availability is limited for scheduling and possible surgeries and appointments. I work in medical field and very hard to take time off other than scheduled days and usually that is day that is unavailable. My fiancé also works in a very demanding field and is also hard to be able to make appointments during the week and since weekends are no longer available it makes it very hard to get our baby in for the care he needs. Would be great is Saturday was available again

Excellent service, my dogs were well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and listen to our concerns.

There have been times when I’ve had to wait 45 minutes or longer past my appointment time, and while I find that to be frustrating in the moment, when you walk into the exam room and are able to ask as many questions as you like without feeling rushed and get explanations that help make sense of the medical terms, you understand how these doctors can end up running behind. They are absolutely amazing and you can feel the care and compassion they have for our furry family members. Thank you, Dr. Tapia, for loving our babies and not making us feel like a number in your practice. Keep doing what you’re doing because I’ve never seen it done so well!!

This business of waiting outside and not speaking directly with the Vet is for the birds. Surely, everyone who gives a damn is already fully inoculated. I speak directly to my physician and her staff, and fail to see the necessity of any less at my dog s veterinarian.

Will be glad when we can start going back in.
