We used the vet service on the spur of the moment with our cat. On a Friday afternoon and without an appointment, the office staff was very accommodating. They took care of our cat, provided a thorough explanation, and even followed up on Monday to see how our cat was doing.

The office staff were very friendly. The technicians were very gentle and senstive to my nervous red heeler. Dr. Lowe went above and beyond. She was very thorough, explained things well and took extra time to print out information about skin issues my dog is having. She even emailed instructions on how to give my dog s ear flush.

The overall experience was fantastic. The front desk staff is polite and helpful, the techs are patient and Dr. Tapia is thorough, knowledgeable and takes her time with the visit. Our pets are always treated with care. We love this office and the staff.

Love this facility! First impression was a little off just due to my appointment being at 4:30 and not being seen until 45 minutes later due to room availability - but things happen and I’m sure this doesn’t happen often. Other than that very nice staff and doctors. I’ll keep coming to this vet!
