Really liked the attention provided to the patient. The cost for Service was explained well and was reasonable. Will definitely bring our other pets. Wish I had taken Duchess, a pet we put down in August.??

The wait time was extraordinarily long but it was a Sunday and there were emergencies.

Dr. Tapia was amazing with us as always. She gave so much of her time to make sure Easton tolerated everything that needed to be done, she was thorough, and she answered all of my questions. As always, the staff at Amigo was kind and helpful. I will always recommend Amigo to friends, family, and acquaintances.

The wait was ok. Office was very filled. A couple if irresponsible owners allowing their dog(s) to bark and lunge at others but not the staff s fault. Maybe in the future they can ask the owner of reactive dogs to wait in the car and then you could text them when the Dr can see their pet. Idiot owner laughed when the pup misbehaved. Not the staff s fault. Julie was so sweet and polite to everyone. Unfortunately there is no pill or shot for owner stupidity. But love Dr Mata. Love the staff.

I was very impressed with the attention to my dog. I only regret that when my appointment was for 10 and I arrived at 9:50 I still sat and waited until 10:40. That was the only thing that made me not give all 5 stars. Why give me an appointment and have me wait over 30 min to be seen.

Amazing staff and very skilled vet. Two other vets misdiagnosed my dog before taking him to amigo. Fair pricing and excellent service.

The vet tech was awesome and really went out of her way to help me. She was so patient and kind. She took me out a back door because my door was freaking out about another dog in the waiting room and she even escorted us in the hot sun. She was incredible. I don’t remember her name but she’s a young woman with long dark hair.

Had to wait 30 minutes or more beyond our schedule time. Can understand if there is a emergency, would want my pet seen right away if it were me. Please tell staff to tell people if they are going to have to wait beyond their appointed time. Like the way you treat Penny.

Having at appointment but having to wait 45 plus minutes to be seen, especially with a 80lbs dog and a one year old toddler in tow, is very inconvenient. Waiting 10-20 minutes is okay but anything beyond that is unacceptable.

I’m very impressed with everyone at the office. I love the staff and Dr. Mata is wonderful. They all care about every fur baby and they make accommodations when needed that best fits everyone’s needs when they can. They work hard and show that they truly care. ????

The staff was polite, but charges were made that were not discussed with me. I waited an hour For the vet to see my dog and the total time I had to be there was 2 hours, when the vet only spent maybe 15 minutes with her. That was very inconvenient especially for a new client, I hope the time management gets fixed.
