I know Dr. Kocher is managing a lot on her own. I thought this visit was timely, and she is always very thorough in her exams and explanations of what she feels is happening with our dog. This is an exceptional veterinary practice. We have an aging, small dog, and we always feel so comfortable after a vet visit. We truly appreciate Dr. Kocher, Crista, and the rest of the staff. In spite of them being incredibly busy, they are always worth the wait. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring, they are a small business, dedicated to their clientele.

The doctor, techs, and receptionist are always very friendly and professional, explain everything clearly, and take the time to give a thorough examination and discuss the risks/benefits of vaccinations, etc. I also appreciated everyone s patience and gentleness when dealing with my scared and uncooperative dog.
