No matter if I’m receiving bad news or great news the staff and doctors have always treated myself and my pets with kindness, compassion and empathy while prioritizing the wellbeing of my pet. Here pets are treated with the upmost expertise while also being cared for like the family members they are.

This is an exceptional veterinary practice. We have an aging, small dog, and we always feel so comfortable after a vet visit. We truly appreciate Dr. Kocher, Crista, and the rest of the staff. In spite of them being incredibly busy, they are always worth the wait. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring, they are a small business, dedicated to their clientele.

The doctor, techs, and receptionist are always very friendly and professional, explain everything clearly, and take the time to give a thorough examination and discuss the risks/benefits of vaccinations, etc. I also appreciated everyone s patience and gentleness when dealing with my scared and uncooperative dog.

Happy with services. I know your system of reducing traffic in waiting room by phoning from parking area to announce arrival and being invited in started with COVID time, but I appreciate that it continues, as it s stressful for cats when (big) dogs are in close proximity while waiting to enter an exam room.
