Two things: My dogs both received shots, but I wasn t told what they were for. I know that I can see it on my receipt now, but I think confirming it at the time of the appointment would have been helpful. Secondly, one of my dogs had her anal glands cleaned and she was returned to me with a wet, smelly bottom. I had to go into the restroom and find a towel and water to clean her up, but not before she got some of the mess on my shirt.

Very good service and staff, only complaint is pricing of bloodwork and ultra sounds I train race horses and have these type of things done regularly and could not afford it at those prices. Anyway all else very positive.

I wish you still had the hook to connect leads/animals at the counter so that I could be hands-free for paperwork. The front office staff was not as friendly as in the past. Bad day?...

Staff was very nice, wait time was super quick. My Ahsoka was being a little testy and the staff was still very understanding. Glad I picked this as my primary care vet :)

We felt a bit uneasy. I think because it seemed to be hot in the facility. We were also a bit concerned that the vet did not even take a look at our dogs teeth or gums. Only seemed to look at the ears. Not sure what the exam entailed? My wife was a bit disturbed that the nail charge of $21 was for all the feet but the nail trimmer decided just to do the two front feet. We understood the reason and agreed but my wife thought the charge then would have been reduced. I think Susan did not introduce herself. I had to initiate the greeting??? Seemed a bit odd. Not that we would not return. But I guess we had hoped for a bit more rapport.
