I was extremely pleased with the experience and always have. I had to take my chihuahua to an Emergency place called Neels Emergency Hospital in the night and it was an horrible place. The next day I took her to see Dr Troy and she’s doing better. These people here seem to really care about the animals. ????

I feel like it is a excellent place. I don t worry about my pets even if they have to stay because of surgery. They were very thoughtful and Dr. Troy was great when he came down to having to say goodbye to one of beloved kids. Peggy is amazing and she is always nice and helpful. Everyone there are great. I really appreciate how well the vet handled my 4 month old blue heeler. I also loved how the vet ended the appointment with treats as it reinforces to my red adult heeler that she s not at the vet to get surrendered. We avoided taking her in for so long as she had been surrender 5x before us at a veterinary clinic making her run when we would go. This visit was great. The only reason wait time was somewhat inconvenient is because I am pregnant and the wait was making me nauseous as I needed to eat asap. I thought I was going to throw up.
