Moving to Spruce Grove but plan to continue bringing Sniffles and Misty to clinic. Like a dentist or GP in. humans when you find a good one you hang on to them

I was offered tick protection for my dog but did not know until after that they were $20 ea. Would have been nice to be told the price when it was offered. Thank you for being a very good vet service.

I wasn’t completely happy with my visit this time - my own fault. I brought both dogs together and the one’s anxiety dominated the appointment and I didn’t feel as though I got my questions answered. I live in Edmonton though, so it’s hard to not take both for convenience sake. It would have been helpful for the vet to request assistance from a tech so the entire appt didn’t feel like a gong show. Again, that was my fault but an offer would have been appreciated.

Excellent services

I know your clinic is busy but many customers also work during the week making it difficult to get an appointment. When I ask for a Saturday appointment before I finish my sentence I am told NO! Also no appointments after 5 it would be more than great if you had one evening clinic just a suggestion. Also waiting 3 weeks for an appointment opening for open wounds or tumours unless u need an urgent appointment which we are also charged extra for. It seems kinda overkill on the billing Some things can wait yes but some things cant thats why we call our vet. You guys are fantasic over all tho once you can get in.

Office staff very caring obtained relevant info & able to arrange next day at home service. Veterinarian provided exemplary service for our horse, gave us valuable information to provide ongoing care. Very friendly we highly recommend this clinic.

I was so impressed with how you sent a text to let us know the surgery went ok - it offered so much peace of mind, even though it was a simple feline neuter we were happy to know it went ok.

The Westlock Vet office has and is one of the businesses that is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and laid out well. The veterinarians are all top notch. I have never experienced a wait time more than a couple minutes. And as I have a hearing impairment it has always been my option to text or email questions, appointments or advice. The agricultural business is very lucky to have the Westlock Vet Office at it s fingertips.

The staff was fantastic, and knowledgeable and super patient! Both dogs needs were met and a totally safe environment, I have been recommended this place for quite some time, so glad I finally made it there, Totally worth it!

Thanks for the great experience for my 2 dogs. New vet but the dogs loved her and took to her right away. The reason we keep coming back!
