Such an amazing clinic. They were kind, caring and did such a good job on our dog Wally. He is a nervous dog and they are so amazing there that he was comfortable and not scared. Wish we lived closer so they could be our main vet.

Sven did a great job helping us preg-check our herd. He was on time and very professional.

I was very pleased with the vet who thoroughly examined my cat and his options for treatment. My only complaint would be that he said the blood test would take 20 minutes and it was much longer before he was able to share the results with me. But overall I am extremely pleased.

Sage is an amputee and she was nervous to walk on the floor as she is afraid of slipping. We were very happy with service and care she received.

Excellent service with very friendly and caring staff!

For this last visit I was not in the office. I spoke with staff who forwarded me to Dr. Collin voicemail and we discussed his upcoming field visit for Dec 5. As always, when I am in the office in Westlock, above items are still a 5. Dr. Collin was here on Dec 5 for preg test of bison and vacinnations.

Ours was an on farm visit for the purpose of preg checking. The job was done quickly and professionally and the conversation was great as well. Thanks Colin!

I visited the office for grooming. This was the first time my new puppy visited and Bridget was amazing with her (as always).

It was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and well-organized. The doctor explained everything very well and took her time to figure out what the problem was with my dog. I would certainly recommend this clinic to others.

Dr Reagan was wonderful to work with. Spoke with me vs at me. Used terms that made sense and allowed me to make informed choices without pressure. The front staff were great. When one got called away another seamlessly stepped in to assist. I drive from Devon to see you because you are top shelf. Wishing you a merry Christmas

I was very , very happy with my experience! I had concerns about my dog the day after his procedure - when I phoned the office, the staff were very helpful and informative. I would recommend westlock veterinary centre to anyone that asked!

Brendan came to our farm for preg check. He was friendly and informed us re. pregnancy in a loud clear voice. We had trouble with our ivomec gun so got off to a slow start, but Brendan was not impatient. Our syringe got stiff and so we borrowed his for IBR/BVD. He was out in the cold with us for about 1hr, 20 minutes. All good.

I have been going to your office since 2011 I think. It has always been a good place to go even in an emergency. So thanks for all your hard work.
