1. fix you system all the no marks would not take my point and touch others took some time then went gray. 2. I do not think a 8 am appointment should be at 8:50 I realize there are emergencies but it would be nice if someone popped their head in and let you know they did not forget about you. Overall a 50 min. wate is still a little to bit long. Your front desk personnel are fanatic helpful get to you as soon as possible and apologise for the wait the wait is usually because they are on the phone and their the only one at the desk.

My boyfriend and I are very picky about who provides our pets healthcare. I was extremely pleased with my experience, and look forward to a long relationship with the clinic.

Love all of the staff at Pikes Peak Vet Clinic. I often recommend them to anyone who has a pet and needs excellent pet care.

You are the best. I love the pet portal. I feel like the office is busy and that use of pet portal gives the staff time to deal with in person visits. I love the ease of making appointments. It needed I call. The office is wonderful and I proudly wear my shirt from there. I would highly recommend the practice.

We ve aways been very pleased with the care our rabbits have received from Dr. Marsden and Tyler. There were a couple of times when we couldn t get an appointment because Dr. Marsden was not available. On those occasions we had to take our rabbits to another clinic and did not receive as good a service as we would have at Pikes Peak Vet Clinic.

I feel everyone was very thorough with Sparky AND with explaining everything to me about his condition, and care.

I found out that, when I bring in my pet for additional vaccine updates that don t require a vet visit, I will still be paying the same $49 fee, but to just be seen by a tech, not the vet. Charging the same fee just to have vaccines done, nothing else, is a good way to end up pushing clients to vaccine clinics. I will not give my cat 3 vaccines at the same time, and I m not going to essentially pay for 2 exams while only receiving 1.

I love PPVC, I always feel welcomed. I especially like that I was remembered, though I had only been there for my roommate s pets. Dexter felt loved, he wasn t stressed or worried at all. The vet was sure to answer all of my questions about vaccienes and didn t guilt me into getting all of them. I feel that my pup is truly under the best care in Colorado Springs.

Although the receptionist initially let me know I wouldn t be able to get in on a Friday, and would have to wait until next week, when she found out it regraded an eye injury she worked with the vets to get me in that same day. It truly made me feel like a valued customer.
