I have referred two friends that brought in their pets. My friends names are Sandy and Aileen. We all live near each other and when I ran into them they were ecstatic with the care received. It made me really happy to have referred them. I had moved here six months ago and was also referred by someone so hopefully we will keep it going! The only thing I would suggest is adding additional wait parking spots. Everyone has an SUV and sometimes it has been difficult to park. Maybe it is just a Covid thing but I think you could keep the wait outside parking going. Especially, for quick tech only appointments. Just a thought. But you guys are awesome anyway. I love the Bio’s of each person on your website. It is good to see how each of you love your own pets so much.

Dr Clevenger came out to my car to talk with me (in the freezing snow) about my dog. It made me feel more connected to what s going on with his care instead of just forking over (a lot) of money for what could have felt like just a phone call. She s the best

Regina Reyes was great to work with, she gave us specific instructions and was VERY gentle with our Golden Retriever (Chloe). I am VERY happy with Dr. Clevenger. She gave us a detailed diagnosis and set up a treatment plan that is working very well for our Golden Retriever, Chloe. We love the office. Katie helped us secure an appointment. We were called Sat am with time. Staff came out and took Aspen in. Dr Carolyn came out with update and plan. The situation was handled very well and we are blessed to be part of this practice.

I was very impressed with the level of commitment and professionalism shown by the entire staff at PPVC. Otto was in need of urgent medical care and the staff sprang into action to give him the level of care I expect to be given to my son. I was and am truly impressed by how the PPVC staff took ownership of his care and the how they made us feel comfortable and confident in their stewardship of his care. I am aware that the community college offers a K9 first aid class. I would like to take one at my veterinary clinic though.
