The appointment was made with Dr.Dupuy,because he handles Sallie well.Heather came in with another lady instead.They could not figure out how to get her out the bag.And the other lady snapped at Sallie when she hissed.I requested Dr.Dupuy,not to be rude,but he knows how to handle Sallie.Heather was not pleased with this and took it personaly.And as far as the other lady snapping at Sallie,if she cannot handle grumpy old cats hissing at her,then maybe she should seek other career options.Sallie is a cat,not a grown human.So I think it is understandable that she will hiss.I wanted to say something to Dr.Dupuy that day,but knew he was busy.But the more I think about it,they were out of line with their attitudes.Hope this imput helps with future appointments.Thanks,Kerrie Young

We were so glad to be able to be seen again at the time we requested and Dr. Chris is always so informative and compassionate with Layla & us. So happy to have been part of the Dupuy family for 9 years. We’ve never had a dog that loves to go to the vet like Layla but it’s because she feels the love & compassion from all of the doctors & staff.

This time was great however last time was terrible! I waited 2 hours to be seen with a 3 year old in tow ot was misereable. I watched people come in after and go in before on a saturday when i tried to make an appointment they told me no. When i complained they said i shouldve made and appointment!! I was livid and almost didnt come back.

We are always pleased with the service and with the people that work there. Great job!

I went to dupuys for a second opinion. Dr. Heather was wonderful with our little boy. Very thorough and patient. Answered all of my questions no matter how trivial. Her diagnosis and treatment was spot on. They are very affordable. We found our new veterinarians.
