Appointment was on time. They took time with my dogs and explained everything they did. Gave me updates and suggested what I could do and asked that I keep them informed on my dogs progress.

Dr. Sue is professional, engaging and very informative of any issues she finds with my pets. Her aids are very capable, keeping a calm yet control and can handle any situation. The officer staff is friendly, it’s incredible how they remember the pets and owns names. They always make sure you understand the meds, charges and follow ups needed.

It was the best experience I have ever had at HSFC! I have lived here for 20 years and have been coming in the entire time; we have several cats from y’all. There were plenty of staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I have experienced much of the opposite on many other occasions.
