My friends at Oak Forest, I have brought my kitties in with much worse ailments ie: severe broken leg and brain infection which were billed less than this. Saturn was not feeling well and I was shocked with the 400.00 charge. I absolutely should have been informed of the 250.00 worth of testing under the circumstances. My financial situation does not accommodate this and I would have chosen to have taken a more financially conservative approach being his ailment did not appear to be too serious. Please in the future discuss significant billings like this with me before we treat. With kindest regards, Jeni

what can I say I like everyone at this office they are so friendly and make me feel comfortable about taking care of my babies and I do have a lot of them. :) I love my cats very much and I feel like you care as much as I do. that is important to me. tks for the great care you folks do.

The staff and veterinarians at Oak Forest Vet Hospital are always so sweet and helpful. We have a nervous pup and they help to ease his anxiety and ours at times too. We are thankful that they are always there for us and our pup. Thanks!

Our first appointment with your clinic was a wonderful experience. The office was clean and the receptionist greeted us with a welcoming smile. The vet was awesome. She listened to some concerns, she took time to get to know my dog, and she was thorough in her examination. She made both me and my dog feel right at home. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

I brought Coco in for relief from severe itching and chewing - I expected she d get a shot, but Dr. Crocker suggested a less extreme solution and prescribed Coco a pill form steroid to stop the itching and an antibiotic to heal the infected skin. The itching, chewing and scratching ceased immediately and her skin is quickly healing. I appreciated the non-invasive fix and I know Coco did, too.
