The facility has always been home to my animals for more years than I can remember. The Clinic & now Hospital is even better, especially for those dedicated doctors & assistants to better perform their duties. A comfortable place to take our beloved pets! Max was really impressed as was I. Kudos!!

It would be nice to have a customer loyalty program. Nothing fancy, maybe a new name tag or collar. Just so when we go walking everyone knows they go to ofv!!

Puppies before all immunizations/ vaccinations are given should be taken to a well cleaned room, separate from a room where all intakes are evaluated and blood and possibly poop are not found on the wall. Their immune systems are still developing. Just my suggestion.

Dr Maddox is awesome

The staff take very good care of my pets when I board them. I can enjoy my vacation knowing that they are well taken care of.

My only issue is that I purchased 2, 6-month supplies of Trifexis and when being checked out, I wasn t given the rebate information.

I think everyone at OFV is wonderful, and by far y all are the best vet I have ever been too. I think Dr Maddox takes the time to work with me to have a healthy dog, discussing the pros and cons of my options, she is a gifted Vet.

I was very impressed when Dr. Crocker called to tell me the results of Abby s blood work.
