The appointment was just for my cat to have his nails trimmed, but I always receive amazing service at the Minden Animal hospital

Everyone was friendly. Pups were happy.

No waiting when we first arrived; put in a room right away. Labs drawn onsite and lab results received quickly. Friendly staff who obviously care about the pet patients and their owners. Very knowledgeable; all questions answered. Thank you

I am never disappointed when I attend the Minden Animal Hospital. Customer service is always great, explanations of procedures are apart of this care, client comfort is also top drawer. I have been a client for a long time and consider all the staff to be professional,, considerate, enthusiastic, compassionate and really human..

Was suggested I get the kennel cough meds for Sky & why. So when I was asked to go on a trip and looked into boarding Sky I was well aware as to why she would need it. When I went to pay, I was told the meds were included in her visit from just prior. So was nice to have that happen. And Sky barks at other dogs so we are put in our room right off. I don t like to disturb the office so am grateful.

I am visiting Haliburton and I needed help for my little senior dog. It was with great ease and a pleasure dealing with Greg and then Cassandra as the vet technician. The atmosphere of the clinic is clean, welcoming and very peaceful. Both my dogs didn t even react as they normally do when visiting the vet. They stayed peacefully calm which is a wonderful sign of a caring and compassionate environment. I will def recommend Minden Animal Hospital to any of my friends who may need care while vacationing in Haliburton/Minden area. Thank you for making our day one that was filled with grace and ease in getting help for little Luna.

April and I are always treated with care when we are here. My questions are always answered, I never feel rushed (although I know it is a busy office) and April is always well tended to. Thank you for all you do for us!

When we called (multiple times) for an appointment, the phone lines were down. We had an emergency situation with our dog, so drove to the clinic to get him seen asap. Luckily they were able to accommodate. All went well after that. Perhaps a redundant phone system would benefit all in these emergency situations.

Yes they are a great & awesome team at Minden Animal Hospital. Very caring for the wellness of my little girl. Was able to get in fast & they all were just fantastic. 5 stars for everyone

Terra used to hate going to the vet, now I think she likes it. I know she enjoys the treats.
