The staff are amazing every time we visit. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I believe they are thorough but they don’t do more than is necessary, which is appreciated. Meaning, they don’t order more testing just to make more money. They are honest. I can tell they genuinely care about my pets. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

The ladies at mah were absolutely fantastic, they were helpful, kind and went above and beyond helping me with the paperwork and examination for transferring my 2 cats spike and panda to England. New puppy dad, called in and realized wow there are wait times lol. The girl on the phone was so friendly and I’m sure could hear my (rookieness)… She realized it was a puppy and times were important and was able to fit me in the next day in fact. So happy we have caring organizations like this and it’s one of the reason I relocated here 5 yrs ago from Toronto.

Im not sure if the rating worked as they seemed to be frozen. Excellent. I am so happy I made the decision to make an appointment with the Minden Animal Hospital. Great service from the time Bailey and I arrived. All my questions were answered and clearly Bailey was treated so well when his Mom couldn t be with him.
