When I walk into Longevity Holistic Veterinary, I am greeted by the Staff at the Front Counter. Even though they are multitasking, they still greet me with their “warmth and friendly” personalities. I see Tiffany the most. She knows a lot!! With all of her multi tasking… she still has a friendly smile to greet everyone!! I came to Dr Sathish for a 2nd opinion. I had a previous conventional Vet, that was trying to get Peppermint’s underweight under control. The Vet had said that she wasn’t absorbing B-12 from her food. She suggested B-12 shots once a month. After 2 more visits with this Vet, and saying she didn’t know why Peppermint was still losing weight, now down to 5 lbs, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I looked on Google for a Vet. I decided to see if there was a holistic Vet out there that I could bring Peppermint to. I found 1 in Totowa, but I kept looking for one closer. That’s when I found Longevity on Rout 10 in Whippany. It turned out, that it was the Veterinary place from Totowa!!! They had moved to Whippany. So I made an appointment with Dr Sathish. The Receptionist said that she was “the expert” on thyroid problems.(I thought that Peppermint might have a thyroid problem) Dr Sathish was a “sweetheart!!!” So caring like a Family member, I wanted her to be my Doctor!!!! She took bloodwork and then gave me vitamins and a special formulated can food. She said that Peppermint has IBD. So we continued working on this,as Peppermint has vomiting and diarrhea issues. Then 2 months ago, I felt that Peppermint was dying. I cried on and off. She was just laying down all day and night, and extremely lethargic. She also had fallin’ down onto the floor, when trying to jump up onto a chair. And fell down when jumping down onto the floor from my bed. Dr Sathish had told me, that if I ever needed her for anything, that I could contact her anytime that I needed her. I couldn’t believe that I could contact her anytime!!! Unheard of in today’s World!!! But a “very comforting” feeling to know that she cared that much!!! This time I “desperately” needed her!!! So I emailed her about Peppermint’s condition. She responded saying that she was in a different State taking some Classes. She said if Peppermint was weak, that I should call Longevity the next day. And to have someone take bloodwork, to see what is going on with Peppermint. I called the next day, and the Receptionist gave me an appointment with Dr B. that day!! When I saw him, I told him what Dr Sathish had recommended. Dr B first gave her 2 doses of fluids, did bloodwork, and showed me her gums, which looked grayish. He told me that he didn’t know if he could save her or not. He told me to come back the next day. He gave her more fluids, said she was anemic and other things. He gave her more vitamins and suggested raw food. Then started her on the first round of 6 Chiropractic Sessions. Peppermint saw him again a week later. She had gained 1 whole pound!! Dr B said that was unheard of!!….to gain a whole pound in 1 week!! She got her appetite back and kept eating and drinking. After a few weeks, she was up to 6 lbs!! She started doing things that she hadn’t done in awhile. Like jump up on her chair, the couch, my bed, and drinking water in the bathtub!! She likes me to pour the water into the tub, while she licks it up from the tub!! As long as she’s drinking I’m happy!! Longevity is the perfect name included in this Holistic Veterinary Practice, Because there is the chance, that they can “extend” the life of your beloved Pet!!!! If I had stayed with my conventional Vet….. my Peppermint would’ve been over the Rainbow Bridge already. Because of Dr Sathish and Dr B….. they have both, given Peppermint the tools, to recuperate!!! They have given me a beautiful gift!!! More precious time with my Peppermint!! “Thank You” to Dr Sathish, Dr B, and all of the Technicians and Staff, for working as a Wonderful and CaringTeam!! I can not recommend Longevity highly enough! All of the staff was compassionate and caring towards our dog. The doctor and support staff explained things thoroughly, answered questions, and were extremely thorough in the evaluation and treatment of our dog. Very grateful!!!

Dr. B and his staff take excellent care of my pet, Stormi. They show genuine interest in her well-being and take the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable.

We are more appreciative with every interaction with you and your wonderful treatment and care of Sable are far superior to other caregivers and therefore insure and enhance her health, and quality of life. This would not be a priority, as my dog is my focus, but I want to acknowledge your respect for the owner which is also so appreciated; and sadly not guaranteed in my experience with veterinary care. This visit was the free dental exam at the PetOberfest event. The wait time was a bit long, but understandable due to the amount of pets that were in attendance. Because it was a free exam, my husband and I went into it expecting not much more than a quick, superficial look at the teeth. To our pleasant surprise, that was not our experience. Stephanie was very thorough in her examination, even taking time to explain her findings and answering every question that we had. We left that visit feeling completely confident that Ember and Enya s first dental cleaning experience with Stephanie will be great. Looking forward to it!

Dr.Rohini is excellent. She helped us with some decisions regarding our dog. Very understanding and compassionate.

We were very pleased and impressed with Longevity Veterinary Center on our first visit with Harley! Loved the way each room is designed to be very easily cleaned and the entire building was impressively designed with every detail carefully thought out. (having worked in the Veterinary field, this was quite obvious). The staff and Dr B were all wonderful. Friendly and professional, kind and observant. We will be back for Harley s tooth extraction on 10/13 - we are that impressed! Our original plan was to get a 2nd opinion from Dr B on where we needed to go for excellent dental care for our young girl with a broken lower canine tooth. It was an easy choice to have her surgery done here, once we met everyone and saw the attention to detail and learned more about Dr B and his many years of experience.

Dr. Buchoff was amazing with our dog. The chiropractic treatment he received has definitely helped him.
