Your front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. My dogs receive great care and I’ve received great explanations and advice. I am very happy my pups are patients here.

I have been going to your clinic for almost a year now, and I am usually happy with the staff, especially Christy and Nicole. However, Kaitlyn is typically not very friendly and is sometimes down right cold towards me. During my last visit, Kaitlyn was especially rude to me. I believe she was not happy that she needed to contact the credit care company to obtain my account number, as she appeared extremely cold and put-off about it. After she hung up the phone from the credit company, she then asked me for identification to prove that it was in fact me who was charging my visit to the credit company. I feel that this was a passive-aggressive move on her part, as she has known me for almost a year and is well aware of who I am. When I confronted her about it, she just coldly said it s procedure. Her behavior has made me consider changing vets for my two dogs. However, I like Christy so much, that I probably will stay with you, as long as I don t need to deal with Kaitlyn when bringing my boys there.

This was just a claw clipping and everything was great. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

The staff was exceptionally kind. I was a bit out of sorts. I also couldn t afford all the needed services. You all made me feel so comfortable. As far as being able to afford the services, instead of making me feel poor and irresponsible, (which is how I ve felt other places), you worked magic and brought the price to what I could pay. Angels, you are all Angels. Thank you so much!!

I love Mast Blvd Pet Hospital- they take great care of my little girls! As always my most recent visit was a great experience. I always leave knowing they gave the girls the best care possible at affordable prices

I had to wait quite a while to get my dog back. I had come out, paid the bill, and she was supposed to get a shot. Period. It was about 15 minutes before someone went to check and bring her out. I guess they just forgot her after the shot. Otherwise, visit fine.

We had a nice appt. The vet. tech went out of her way to give my pet a treat when the visit was over. VERY nice!!

I wish when you took your pet in when sick that they would do a thorough exam- kinda like when we go in to get a physical- they check everything out. It would just help when you are trying to figure out what is wrong with your fur baby! But I am happy with the service and the staff- everyone is always so nice!

I have never been to such a wonderful veterinarian- they treat my girls with love. Everyone who works there is so kind! The doctor is compassionate and professional. They never over diagnose or over treat. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!
