I always feel like I m being up sold at all vets. Please don t do unnecessary things and would be nice if there were fixed prices....

If you haven’t found a “home Vet” Mast Blvd is THE ONE! I have made multiple comments on how well they are service-wise, by his price-wise, and caring wise. They are beyond a valuable and genuinely caring group of Veteranarian Doctors. They truly do only what’s necessary for the care of your fur babies, and do not charge you for unnecessary treatments/tests. I love this Vet office. I have been a dedicated customer of their veterinary clinic since March 2012.

Front desk staff felt cold and uninviting. Vet tech was very kind. I spent maybe 2 minutes with the vet. My dog had teeth extracted, and i wasnt told or given any aftercare instructions, and felt like i was going home clueless. I also wasnt given any info as to what the medication being sent home actually was. I had to call later for more info.

Your addition to Santee is a great and welcoming addition. We have been to your location once and have definitely added your information to our phone book and computer information. THANKS AGAIN

Since my dog is older, it makes me feel so comfortable knowing she is with people who will take good care of her when I am away. She got lots of love and her shots updated during her boarding. I think she got so spoiled that she didn t want to come back home. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

A good Vetranarian is hard to find, especially one that doesn’t charge you for unnecessary tests/treatments. I’ve been with Mast Blvd Pet Hospital since 2012, and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone I meet, who are looking for a Vet.

Techs are great and very friendly. Front end staff however arent very welcoming. They arent rude, but dont go out of their way to be friendly or inviting.

I never saw the cat though not necessary. I was there Saturday. Today I get a notification to come in and get the flea control. I had thought it was time but didn t ask an the counter person read the record a couple times. I din t mind coming in cbot it would have been more convenient getting it then. As they say, be your own advocate. I need to remember that in all things.
