Yes everything was fine. I did not make another appointment because I did not want to pay another $540 for the x-rays . She seems to be better now. I changed her food and she is eating again. Yes she is older and slowing down but she was having a hard time breathing and she was coughing and not eating. That is why I made the appointment. Those symptoms are now gone. It is too bad that you cannot talk to a doctor before or after the exam and ask questions. I think she is okay for now not 100% but she is almost back to normal and happy. I appreciate checking back with us. Eva Reid

I love everyone there. Most fees are reasonable for except for the spay and neuter costs for felines. I have to take my new kitten elsewhere to be able to afford the surgery.

I m a very finickie when it comes to my money. I DO NOT WISH TO PAY MY BILL ON MY CELL PHONE, because it is more easier for the hospital. It is a hassel for me, my card # will be floating around somewhere in my cell phone and I m scared to do any banking on my cell phone. Thank you

Our dog was brought in for an initial exam and to have his nails trimmed and I did not enter the facility. Although I have always appreciated the veterinary care I have received there previously; I do not think I will have his nails trimmed again as he was bleeding when he was brought back. I was hoping your groomers would have more expertise to not hit the quick of his nail.

Mast blvd pet hospital has been so amazing! They have made me feel like they are taking care of one of their own pets with how kind and caring they are to my Dog Moose. I will never be able to thank them enough for all they have done / continue to do for him after he broke his femur.

Some of these questions are inappropriate do to lack of contact w/ the vet. Or access to the office.

Not sure if the facility was clean as I was not into visualize the clinic.

I waited after I calls for my kitten to be seen. The lady never checked him in when I first called. I’ve never had this issue before. If you were having technical problems, I suggest writing down the pet that was checked in and telling someone to go get them so we don’t have to wait outside when it’s hot out for a pet to be taken.
