I loved how nice everybody was and how you fit me right in when Brownie got hurt. Definitely five stars all the world..

My chihuahua Sophia Baca came in for a dental cleaning. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have been in for this service at your facility and I was required to drop her off at 9am. She is not used to being kenneled so I brought her blanket with her. I have a few concerns about what took place. #1 my dog has been much more aggressive since coming out of her dental cleaning which has not happened after any dental cleaning before. #2 She s way more territorial with her food, something she s never had a problem with. #3 All she s done since coming back is hide, also something she s never done before. She came home traumatized from her experience. She was the last patient of the day and was not ready for pickup until 6:30 pm. She had had nothing by mouth since the night before and spent all day with nothing to eat or drink. I believe she was in the kennel all day and was stressed from hearing all of the other animals. When I picked her up she did not have her blanket. The staff thought it was one of yours. It smelled of urine and I think it was used on another dog because of the different hair on the blanket so I don t know if it was even with her. She has been aggressive and snapping at people since she has been home. I would like to request in the future that she either be the first patient of the day or steps be taken to shorten your check in and check out times. -Nicole Baca (619) 888-7781

Felt like I was being pressured into bloodwork that was unnecessary for prescription refill. Going to switch vets.

I really don’t like how when I went there to get my 2 puppies fixed. I never saw a vet. No doctor came to see me or the dogs when I first came in not even after there surgery. Then when I went back to get them rechecked after their surgery which was my second appointment. I asked will I be able to see a vet today? They said no did you want to, I said yes, That would be nice. So they did get the doctor in. This is the only Vet I’ve ever gone to that is treated me like that. Why is it that you spend all this money to take your dogs to a vet and you don’t even get to see a doctor. I was also quoted one price and by the time I went there, it was a lot more. At least it’s all done now. When you take your dogs to a vet, you expect to be seen by a doctor? This wouldn’t have happened if I wouldn’t have insisted.

This was our first visit to this hospital, and so far we believe we will be much happier here than at our previous vet. It was clean and well-kept, the front office was friendly and patient while I was in distress with my elderly pup. I plan to start bringing our other dog for visits as well.

Wonderful experience for our first time visiting your office.

I have been taking my pets to Mast Boulevard pet hospital for over four decades. I have been extremely pleased with the service I receive and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Things going on here.

Cory,Stephanie and Daisy are awesome! They have been excellent in listening and taking care of the our dogs ! I can’t say enough about Dr Singh and Dr Dep! They are the best!!!

I suggest that Stephanie learn not to lie over and over to pet owners! And to get another job because she has no common sense or compassion for animals who need someone to help them get what was prescribed for them! SHAME !!! on you and for all you didn’t do! F.U.
