Outstanding service and genuine care for my pet. Clear, concise communication regarding cost and follow up care.

The exam room floor was covered with what I hope was drool from the previous per visitor so apparently you do not clean the room between visits. Vet apologized but I am going to wonder about cleanliness now

For as much as an exam visit costs, a re check visit should be included.

We have been with Mast Blvd. Pet Hospital for all 7 years of Lady Sara s life. We are very happy with the care that has been given to our pup, and how kind the Veterinarians and staff are with her. We are very thankful for everyone who works here. Thank you, Mrs. Anna Marie Payne.

We brought in two cats, but only one in a carrier. That was our mistake for sure. As we tried to check in the cat not in a carrier was getting anxious and trying to get out of our hold, scratching and digging in claws. The front desk person said we could buy a cardboard carrier. Great - problem solved! But first she wanted to get through the check-in and estimated charges. It was a challenge to make decisions with a clawing cat. I had to insist that we get the box first. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was fine.

My dog was sick and needed immediate attention. My regular vet office did not have availability for another week. I called Mast Blvd. Pet Hospital and they were able to see us right away and were able to perform the procedure he needed. I was so impressed with how quickly and attentively they took care of my dog. I look forward to having Dr. Singh as our regular vet now!

We love this vet. Not only did they see our dog on a Saturday, she immediately was doing better after the treatment. The office followed up to ensure the dog was doing well

I need to have my kitty seen asap and they were very accommodating and got me in the same day with blood work results the next morning. Such a relief to have results quickly with a great explanation from the doctor.

Everyone is so nice

The staff at Mast Blvd Pet Hospital is fantastic! They’re efficient and professional, yet warm and friendly. The waiting room is spacious, clean and comfortable and the clinic is located in a location with lots of convenient parking. The veterinarian, Dr Singh, is very knowledgeable and gives excellent feedback and knows small animals backwards and forwards. He has always provided excellent health care for my cats, and I truly trust him and would highly recommend him to care for yours, as well.

Everyone was great and the wait time was minimal.
