Tech came out to car to pick up my pet. Recent knee surgery for me. Staff was so helpful.

The vet Dr Pedle was compassionate and the treatment to my 14.5 yrs of age.

Tina provided amazing customer service at the front desk when my dog was taken in. She acted quickly and with confidence, and assured me my dog would be okay. The treatment my dog received fromDr. Huang (apologies if I misspelled her name) was nothing less than miraculous. Not only did she comfort me and my worries but she took the upmost care to return Copper to normal health. Thank you all.

The staff at Animal Care is the very best - always courteous, helpful and caring when treating my senior kitty. They are the best.

I was visiting friends in the area when my dog had a medical incident. Animal Care understood my dog s urgent need for care and scheduled time for her. I appreciate their understanding of my situation and expeditious manner of making an appointment that morning.

I have been with Animal Care since 2005. Now with my most recent dog I am aided by Dr. Humphry. She is excellent and gives me great confidence. We were just there for new blood work. The tech who helped us could see I was in significant pain and trying to handle my dog and get back to my car were difficult. She took the leash and put Shadow in her seat in the back and I couldn t be more grateful. Since my first time there in 2005, all has been personal and excellent. Thank you so much. (I rarely ask for help, thus the tech volunteered so great for us.)

I really appreciate the knowledge and skill of Dr. Hough. She is very caring and my dogs love her.

After having visited other Green Valley, AZ vet clinics as a first time rescuer in late 2022/early 2023, I finally hit on ACC and am so glad I did. The difference in service is like night and day. The other providers whisked my cats away, leaving me to wait and then came back with a lot of up-selling suggestions, and in the case of Molly, no warning that she was mortally ill. She died on 11/28/22, a day before her appt at AAC. Thanks for nothing, GV Shelter, and other GV vets. AAC lets me take part in the process (I m sure Buddy and Comet appreciate having me present), doesn t hide any of the process from me, and apparently strives to make both the cats and me comfortable with the whole experience. Thanks, Dr. Martin, Lucy, and rest of the staff for a satisfying experience. I won t hesitate to recommend you. See you next year. All our Best, Buddy, Comet, and James

Have to wait too long when you get there.

You are too expensive. We had to wait way too long after seeing the Dr to be finished and leave.

I was just exposed to Covid the day before our appointment and the staff were wonderful in getting her into the office and communicating with me via phone(in the car) after. I also wanted to thank-you for taking care of Nova with an emergency appointment where she had a torn ALC this summer. Our Vet wasn t able to offer any immediate relief, and your staff were wonderful in seeing she got relief. That is why we came back to Animal Care Center for Nova s continued care.
