Great Service??

I love Dr. Duty. She has always taken time to answer all my questions and has always been so caring with my Lacey. I’m just very disappointed that I was unable to go in the office with her because she is a very nervous day.

Wait time was a bit long but completely understandable.

Not sure if my answers were recorded but I rated EXCELLENT on each. (Did not go inside but in the past, the office was clean.) Very pleased with the care my cat received recently.. as always. GREAT staff. Thank You!!!

Dr Byrd is awesome and most always had an alternative option The staff is very compassionate and helpful.

Very satisfied. And my dog was helped from being in severe pain.

I always have a great experience at Animal Hospital of Kannapolis. Everyone there is friendly and really seem to care about the animals. Wait time is never long and it is generally very easy to get an appointment convenient to my schedule. Best vets and office I ve ever gone to and I have been to quite a few in the past.

My arrival time was at 3:30, so when I called into the office to let staff know I was there, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out. After gathering information, she went back inside and I had to wait another 5 minutes for her to take my pet inside. It was a hot day and granted I had my air conditioner on in my car, I felt like this wait time was not acceptable. My cat was very upset and breathing hard from all the meowing. It would have been better to tell me to be there at 3:45.

We absolutely love all of the Staff. We LOVE Dr. Duty so kind and caring.

Dr Duty & Dr Byrd go out of their way to put me at ease when my fur babies need help.

I am always put at ease when I bring my cats here. Instructions are clear and I always feel free to ask questions.

We made two trips from Huntersville for our kitten was told upper respiratory infection not at all what was going on with kitten many $$$ later and a new vet she is now getting better we are very disappointed in service

Due to the virus pandemic it was inconvenient but that of course was not their fault ~ hopefully next visit will be much more convenient for all ! ! Mary Ann Blacklin
