I feel that it’s time to open the office and lobby back up. Thankfully, It’s been years since I have had a reason to take my pet into the office and boy how things have changed. I was asked upon arrival while sitting in my vehicle if I wanted to come in during the examination of my pet. What type of question is that? I quickly responded yes. As I went in the building, I immediately felt that I was not welcomed without a mask. The tech even asked me before I entered if I had a mask. As I went into the office, I noticed staff in other areas not wearing a mask, but every staff member either pulled their mask up or put on a mask when making contact with me. As a fully vaccinated individual, I felt these actions were not necessary. I was pleased with my service, but really hope you bring things back to normal soon.

You guys are awesome! I recommend you to anyone looking for a vet. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful. Dr.Duty takes the time to sit and talk through whatever is going on. Thank you all for being amazing

Dr Duty and her staff have been nothing short of amazing when helping me navigate a new diagnosis with my dog, Jake. They have been so attentive and open to answering any questions or freak out moments I have had. They are so supportive every step of the way. I am so thankful forbthe staff at the Animal Hospital of Kannapolis!

We have always been in awe of the Drs. and Staff at Kannapolis Animal Clinic. They take the time to make sure we understand what is going on with our pets. They make sure that we know what all of our options are in the best care of our pets. They take the time out their busy schedule to call us at home to check on our pet and on us. This last visit was a very difficult visit for us but Dr Duty stayed with us to assure us our decisions were good at the time for our ??. Donna B
