Ladies are always friendly

I have always received excellent care of my pets when they go to Kannapolis Animal Hospital. This trip was equally as well for my two girls that were seen today. Thanks to the doctor and staff!

Overall, I’m satisfied with the staff everyone was very friendly and I will be coming back for any future problems; however, my only suggestion is to schedule people while your talking to them (if possible) I work in a customer service field and I understand gettting busy and making a mistake. Having to go twice wasn’t a big deal to me per say, but having a cat having some issues with changes and stress have to put up with being extremely stressed and scared twice in one day was not ideal. But like I said, the staff present made up for it, even if cookie disagrees! Thank you.

I have always received great care for my pets here since 2007, including four dogs through that time, Prissy, Rebel, Maggie and now Georgia. This was Georgia s first visit and she had no fear going in and none during the visit and will have no fear when she returns. The staff are all wonderful and considerate of the problems that your pet may be having. Love these people!
