Jackie and Monica are great on the phone and in the office. I am so appreciative of all the assistance that they provide for me and my pets. Very happy with Dr. Rheinhart. He is a very caring and competent veterinarian. He is kind and very easy to talk with. I trust his judgment and knowledge when it comes to the patient care our two cats receive. The staff that I have met have been helpful and kind as well. Jackie is an excellent receptionist and a real asset to the practice. She is a very kind and caring person and you can tell that she really loves animals. I find her to be very knowledgeable about all the services and products that the practice offers. She always makes you feel welcome and eager to help.
