I feel really bad about this but we won’t be coming there any more. It was just too rushed and my dog was given ear drops without the dr examining her ears with an otoscope or whatever he would use. We haven’t administered the drops because her ear has been fine since she was pawing at it before we went in. I fell especially bad because I really like Jackie.

We are new to your office and have been there a few times in the last month with a couple of our dogs. I couldn’t be happier with the service we have received. Thank you and we will definitely be making this our permanent vet. ????

My dog was sick, and they got me in the same afternoon. They take good COVID-19 precautions - one patient in the building at a time. Would like to have talked to the vet longer, but they fit me in and probably had other appointments waiting.

I love everyone there. it is a pleasure to bring my cats Noodle & Anaya-Nali. This last time I felt kind of rushed out Stay safe & healthy

Dr. Reinhardt is so patient with my dog and takes time to explain things. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I m so glad I the Sarasota Humane Society sent us there. I would never again take an animal to Venice Pines. They were lapse in the care of my Corgi and she died because of them.

Doc and his staff ALWAYS treat you and your furry family member as if they are the only one in the room. I always feel better and know my babies have received excellent care. His staff bends over backwards to make you feel welcome and at ease. THANK YOU for serving my community!

Monday August 21st was a tough day . My cat Bub of 18 years had to be put down . I really appreciate Doc & his staff getting us in so quickly & being so upfront & honest with us . So compassionate. This was a first for me as I’ve never had to say goodbye to a fur baby before . Thank you all for your comforting words during one of the hardest days of my life .
