The Vet didn t seem as friendly with my pet as usual. The voice mail prior to visit stated to bring a stool sample, which we did. However no one asked for that upon arrival. Rather they took blood samples to check for heart worm. Thankfully that turned out negative, but was kind of pricey. I would rather have been given a heads up about the blood test over the stool sample.

overall my experience was great. the only thing that bothered me was the guy dr would not look at me nor did he introduce himself to me. thats all. :)

My only suggestion is to write down what we need to do/ watch for after picking up our dog. He spent the night there because of gastric issues. When we left my husband and I both had questions about what meds we were to give and when. That being said, we were very pleased with the care our dog had at your clinic. Thank you for fixing our baby!

I appreciate the cost savings on heartworm medicine.

1st visit for annual vacations, recently moved to Auburn. Staff was very nice and friendly. They made sure my dog was well taken care of! The vet saw us quickly, which was nice since my dog usually gets anxious back in the exam room. Dr. Hargarten was very informative and really took the time to get to know my dog and his needs. Check out was quick and simple. Highly recommending this office to 2 and 4 legged friends!

I love this place. Erica is always so helpful when I talk to her on the phone. My dogs are old and have a lot of things wrong with them but Auburn Hills make me feel better by acting like it s common issues.
