We had an emergency with our dog and was able to get a same day appointment and surgery. The staff was kind and compassionate. This is a great vet office and I would recommend it to everyone.

I sometimes feel rushed when at the front counter. I would also suggest allowing owners to pay first and then bring the dog out ie: in respect to surgical procedures. Also allow time for questions and encourage same.

I have never been unhappy with the visit when I take Sammy out there.I always feel the vets and support staff are caring and I trust the Doctor s decision. I can t even think of going anywhere else. Thank You Animal Hills. Not sure this survey shows anything as none of the checked ones showed.

I brought my rabbit in to be examined to make sure she was in good health . I dont feel she was examined throughly enough or was proper care given to her as she died when we got home . The reason for my visit was to care for her. I dont feel she was examined throughly . I will not come back . It was a very poor exam. her care was not what I expected. I do understand things happen but the reason i made the appointment was to help her .. not the outcome that I expected.

This was really difficult for me. Leaving my baby to go under anesthesia, because it s so risky for small dogs, was terrifying. I was a mess all day. No one acted irritated by my pretty frequent calling to check and see if I could come get him. Getting the prompt call when he was done was great. Recommending blood work for his own safety was also nice to here. I had a great experience. Thanks!

The entire staff is absolutely great! And at every visit, without exception. And Dr. Bob Hargarten is awesome; can t say enough good things about his knowledge, animal care, and taking care of our pets, but the humans (the owners!)as well. We are probably the most challenging part of the job. Thanks for all you do!

Dr Dave & Tammy are AWESOME! They both made sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Tammy, in my opinion, went out of her way to make sure my cat was comfortable and as clean as he could be and reassuring me that things were going ok. Knowing that she was taking care of him helped me sleep a little easier when he had to be at the vet for two nights! Thank you both!
