We have been bringing our cat to see the vets for all his shots and whenever he wasn’t feeling good. I’ve always trusted the vets and always had good results.

I will only allow Dr Tom to see my pets. The other two vets have bad attitudes. The older man gave my dog medicine that I wasn t comfortable giving her and it made her very sick. Dr Tom is the only reason we continue to take our pets to Auburn Hills.

We had an emergency with our dog and was able to get a same day appointment and surgery. The staff was kind and compassionate. This is a great vet office and I would recommend it to everyone.

I sometimes feel rushed when at the front counter. I would also suggest allowing owners to pay first and then bring the dog out ie: in respect to surgical procedures. Also allow time for questions and encourage same.

I have never been unhappy with the visit when I take Sammy out there.I always feel the vets and support staff are caring and I trust the Doctor s decision. I can t even think of going anywhere else. Thank You Animal Hills. Not sure this survey shows anything as none of the checked ones showed.

I brought my rabbit in to be examined to make sure she was in good health . I dont feel she was examined throughly enough or was proper care given to her as she died when we got home . The reason for my visit was to care for her. I dont feel she was examined throughly . I will not come back . It was a very poor exam. her care was not what I expected. I do understand things happen but the reason i made the appointment was to help her .. not the outcome that I expected.
