We have NEVER had a bad experience with Auburn Hills. The ladies at the front always make sure I have all the information and reassure me that our fur babes will be okay.

I was very pleased with your care and instructions!! You have all been so sweet and kind!! I was so happy to see Franklyn Bear when all was do Everything!! He was so clean and smelled like himself!! My other two dogs smelled like shelter dogs when I picked them up and my one had messed up hair here and there!! I was so happy when you updated me when he came out of surgery, thank you so much!! I bragged you guys up on Facebook and will keep returning for Franklyn Bears care!! Thank you all and bless you!! Franklyn Bear is doing quite well, no throw up, no leakage, only one pee accidents!! Dr. Tom and Tabitha are always so friendly. My dog is always moving around and they were patient with her when giving her, her shots. They are never aggressive or forceful when working with her and I appreciate that.

We were not clients of yours when our dog was injured and I called just before closing time to get her in. You didn’t hesitate. Bring her right in you said. From the moment we arrived your staff was compassionate, caring, and positive. Unfortunately, we were unable to bring her home. Through the process, the staff remained sympathetic and caring. I have never been treated so warmly or felt such sincerity from a vet before. Thank you for everything you did for our beloved pet and for our family.
