I had a scheduled appointment and arrived ahead of time. I waited over an hour before I was taken back to a room. Meanwhile there were several others that arrived 30 minutes or more AFTER my appointment time that were seen before me. I do not know how your appointments usually work but I am not impressed. I was not given a reason for the delay. I wish there was a way to separate cats from dogs in the waiting area. It would make it slightly less stressful for the cats.

When my dog had an long drawn out labor, I called first thing in the morning and they got me in by 8:15. It wasn t a great outcome for the puppies, but they helped my female and she ll be back to normal soon!

We brought Gracie in due to a reaction to a steroid shott she had received the week prior. Dr. Dave and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They explained everything very well and took very good care of her. Thank you for being such caring care givers to my little fur baby!!

The tech was awesome with Cassius. I requestd her again when he comes back in December for another shot. I believe her name was Hailey.

The office is always great. It is kinda hard to get into due to I work the same hours. But I love the doctors and all the staff. Great place!!

Auburn Hills has changed My Lunas Life, Dr Dave has always showed nothing but professionalism, kindness, care and he has brought the life back into her. ALL OF THE tech are amazing. STANLEY made a suggestion one day and Dr Dave and I were like let s try it and IT HAS CHANGED Luna !! Shes back to her spunky self.. I live in Angola was on waitlist all over for over a week, then I called auburn hill and they got me in within a hr and I was in an out of the office 1 hr . Very friendly absolutely would recommend! Worth the drive for my fur baby!

I am always so grateful that we can get out dogs seen quickly when unexpected problems occur. Twice in the last couple months we have needed ASAP appointments and both times, the office was able to squeeze us in. The whole staff is always so kind and knowledgeable.
